WEBSITES & APPS
eat this much
website
A free site that creates personalised meal plans based on your calorie goals, how many meals you eat a day, budget, schedule and dietary restrictions + preferences (the options available are: no restrictions, paleo, veggie, vegan, keto and Mediterranean). I believe if you sign up with a free account, the site will generate a grocery list for you, too.

MyFitnessPal
app
You probably heard of it but this is a free app to track macro + micronutrient intake, as well as calories. The premium version is £15.99 /month or £64.99 if billed per year (which equals £5.42 /month).
In my humble opinion, the free version is completely sufficient.

NOOM
app
Paid resource. Noom takes a psychological approach to health and fitness. Using valuable CBT techniques, they guide you through little bites of learning and practical (writing + thinking) exercises to understand your eating and fitness habits more deeply.
Noom is by no means essential to lose weight and at £49 for 2 months, billed in one batch, it is a heavy weight champion for people without much disposable income.

NIKE running club
app
Free running app. By far one of my favourites. Guided runs with a motivational coach, runs in partnership with Headspace. Runs based on your goals (distance, speed, time, outdoor/indoor). Runs start at as little as 1 mile or 2 minutes. Tracks your distance, time, average speed and route. Compatible with most smart watches and fitness bands. Great for beginners struggling to motivate themselves to run.

Period Calendar by Simple Design LTD
app
Free app. For anyone with periods. Tracking your period will help identify any deviations from your normal (regular or irregular) schedule. The app also lets you log unusual symptoms (pains, bloating, discharge specifics, ..), mood changes, intercourse and more.
Knowing your cycle and accompanying quirks is essential to noticing out of the blue, potentially dangerous changes early on. It's also supports awareness of foods your body responds to well / not so well during and around your time of the month.

Fitrwoman
app
Free period tracking app. Shows you where you are in your 4-stage cycle, with articles and tips of how to train in accordance with your declining and rising hormone levels. Fewer options for symptom tracking. Ability to log your workout intensity.
As peeps with periods move through monthly hormone cycles, keeping track of where we are can help us perform our best and schedule lower intensity, cardio heavy or de-loading workouts when we physically can't perform at peak.
Remember, everyone is different and you might experience highs and lows in your cycle differently to the norm. Tracking is the best way to find out.

HEADSPACE
app
Meditation app. The basic app is free and full access is £49.99 /year, billed annually.
Great meditations for any emotional situation (e.g. grief, heartbreak, self-esteem, anger, anxiety, nighttime S.O.S, insomnia). The app also holds a large library of sleep casts, walking meditations and podcasts. Healing for body + mind.
